Bedside Emergency Ultrasound (2): Trauma, Lung, Musculoskeletal, Procedures (2021)
The following modules explore common uses of bedside ultrasound including the examination of the trauma patient for presence of intra-abdominal bleeding due to abdominal trauma, examination of the thoracic cavity for the presence of pleural effusion, pneumothorax or haemothorax, use of ultrasound to visualise musculosketetal stuctures and assist with a range of clinical procedures.
